Treorchy Comprehensive School

Introduction

Treorchy Comprehensive has been awarded Eco Schools Platinum Green Flag status. This 4th Flag achievement  is recognition of all the hard work undertaken by the pupils and staff committed to continuously improving the schools environmental performance. The ECO Committee and School Council have been the driving force behind the successful ECO Schools Green Flag Accreditation. They have led by example and have made some real environmental changes across the school. The committee has grown in number and is now looking to develop whole school approaches in a number of different areas that that will make a real and lasting difference to the environment in school and in the wider community.
