  • An exceptional 96% of students achieved at least 2 A*-E grades at A level.
  • The overall pass rate increased to exceed 99%.
  • An outstanding 87% of the cohort gained the Welsh Baccalaureate Skills Challenge certificate.
  • This year, well over two thirds (70%) of the grades achieved were at the higher A*-C.
  • Almost a quarter (24%) of the grades achieved were at the highest A*-A.

"These fantastic results not only reward the hard work and commitment of the pupils and staff but also reflect the outstanding working relationships that exist between the staff and their students.
The broad range of academic and vocational subjects offered to pupils at Treorchy Comprehensive School has enabled the pupils to secure jobs, apprenticeships and places at universities throughout the UK and we wish them the very best of luck in their future studies and careers."
